Trimeta Capital is an independent, single-family office (SFO) with the goal of continuing a longstanding legacy of entrepreneurship through direct investments.

Being a family investment office, our purpose is to invest in a wise and multidisciplinary manner. This turn allows us to create value for our shareholders, co-investors, as well as our multinational team of professionals. With the Corporate office in Dubai (UAE) the Company has a presence directly and through its strategic investments across Europe, Africa, the Middle-East and North America.

As a private equity investment firm, our focus ranges from Seed to Expansion Stages.

OUR STORY

The Hiridjee family migrated in the 1880s from the State of Gujrat in India to Madagascar (Indian Ocean).

After many years of hard work; Houssein G. Hiridjee (1923-2012) established in 1964 a textile workshop called Trimeta in Antananarivo (Madagascar).

Trimeta stands for: Tricoterie Mechanique de Tanarive Antananarivo Knit Workshop.

This first success was the cornerstone upon which the family business grew in scale, sectors, and geography.

From the 1970s to the late 1990s, Trimeta expanded into new sectors, including tarpaulin manufacturing, production and packaging of spices, soft commodities trading, processing of crude oil, storage and distribution of various petroleum products, food and beverage distribution, hospitality, real estate, and financial services. manufacturing, commodity trading, oil & gas, hospitality and real estate.

Today, Trimeta manages from Dubai its international operations: Madagascar, East Africa, Europe and Singapore.
